They have some really cool looking stuff, but man is it expensive. And sometime I can't quite figure out what you use it for - guess having a pastry chef degree helps!!
So anyone ever shop here? i'm really wonderng about the marzipan tools & the rollerboards........ anyone use a rollerboard before?
I have shopped there before- it's where I got my scale! I agree, some of their stuff is pricey and if you shop around you can find it cheaper. But they have a lot of hard to find molds, pans and other tools so it's worth looking at if anyone has never been there. The page loads slow so if you don't have a high-speed connection just be patient 
The roller boards are awesome, but only worth the expense if you make a lot of marzipan or fondant fruits. I wish I had the kind of money to shop there all the time- their stuff is all really good quality! Look at their ingredients page too if you haven't already- lots of fun stuff
