I have an order for a diabetic 8",sugar free Cassata cake with custard, strawberries and whipped cream icing.

I am not sure how to price this cake.

It involves having to buy Splenda to bake with and add to the icing and homemade custard and strawberry fillings.

I need your help really bad on the pricing, I have priced it out at $22.00 and I need to make some money on this specialized cake. icon_cry.gif

Well I answered my own question, I was going to charge $35.00 for the cake.

Then I called one of our better local bakeries and she can get a 1/4 sheet sugar free for 22.95.

So I referred her to this bakery.
