I have an order for a diabetic 8",sugar free Cassata cake with custard, strawberries and whipped cream icing.
I am not sure how to price this cake.
It involves having to buy Splenda to bake with and add to the icing and homemade custard and strawberry fillings.
I need your help really bad on the pricing, I have priced it out at $22.00 and I need to make some money on this specialized cake. ![]()
