Fbct Or Color Flow?

I will be making a Wonderwoman cake for my daughter & I was thinking of using color flow. I will be coping wonderwoman from the tablecover, but I see alot of you guys use fbct and to me it almost look alike, what's the difference?? And which technique would you all recommend me?? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

One thing you have to consider is time - with CF it will take days to dry. And they shatter easily, so make more than one. FBCT, you only need a few hours to freeze it firm enough to transfer.
