i am in the process of getting my busniess running and i was wondering when i go legal am i still allowed to make my cakes using DH box mixs even though i add extra eggs, pudding extract. my question is really would i get in trouble by the company of DH if i use them as part of my ingredent. cause the way i see it all they are is all dry ingredent already perpared for you.

i hope i made sense of what i was trying to say....

after all the big companies also make bulk versions they sell to big bakeries.

you can also approach the store manager and ask about buying cases of cake mix, they will often set cases aside or order extra for you and give you a discount.
