I have tried adjusting the screw under the neck and it is not helping!

Now what????

How often do you need a new KA mixer?

Mine is about 7 years old- seems kind of young to need a new one- I use it maybe 3-6 times a month max!

Whaty can you tell me?

I was going to say about the screw but since you already tired that no need to repeat. Try calling KA and see if they can help you over the phone. Good Luck!

Yes, call them. I had to order a new paddle because it had rubbed off all the porcelain and the woman on there told me how to adjust it so it wouldnt happen again. Ive had mine for over 15 yrs. They do last a long time!

I don't have a KA but with all appliances, I would suggest calling them for support or if you can't get thru emailing them for support icon_smile.gif Good luck.

Definitely call them. I had a problem with my KA not long after I got it and they were very helpful. Hope you have the same good experience I did with their customer service.

Maybe you adjusted it too much or the wrong way. On mine the bowl was actually too low and I got my DH to adjust mine, works perfect now.

Did you adjust your screw in or out? If your paddle is too low then you need to adjust your screw Out. It took me a few tries before I realized what I was doing wrong but I haven't had any problems since.
