Since weddings are so near and dear to our hearts I couldn't resist sending these pics.

Look familiar? Unfortunately I wore the first one in a gawd awful neon baby puke green!!! Guess they thought it highlighted my red hair. But after seeing some of the other dresses....DANG!!..I looked good!

Sadly enough, I borrowed that same dress in red from one of my cousins (who had worn it as a bridesmaid) for my 8th grade winter dance. I had the big hair to go along with it.

Ironically, reading all of the horror wedding stories on www.etiquettehell.com, I was just last night telling my husband that I just realized that I have NEVER been a bridesmaid! (and after reading some of those stories, all I can say now is "Thank God!").

Oh, yeah, I wore that exact dress in that color for my sister's first wedding! With baby's breath barrettes in our hair...

Holy Moly, that was aour Choir outfit in High School...ours was red with black bows on the arm cuffs and on the waist and in the back...ugh...

Ok, hold up! I wore a dress that looked almost just like that to my eighth grade dance! Except I could not afford one, so my Granny made it for me and did a great job!

I remember thinking how great I must look. icon_rolleyes.gif Never understood why I didn't get voted best dressed that night! lol

I'm gonna try to find that photo and post it, I'm sure ya'll could use a laugh! icon_lol.gif

OMG---I had two of the first dress in my closest. It was from my friend wedding about ten years ago. Same color. That is too funny. It went to goodwill. And another friend got married about 8 months later and we ended up with the same dress in a bright purple. So I was a lucky girl to own two of those dresses.
