Ok, so I've made MMF like 100 times... today it decides to tear while putting it on the cake... now it's crumbling in my hands as I'm trying to knead it back into a ball... what went wrong and how can if fix it... if I can

Thanks in advance for everyone's help

Perhaps you need a bit more water in your recipe. Have you added additional shortenening to the batch you are trying to knead and roll. I would sugest zapping it in the microwave to soften it up, then add shortening as you knead.

For future reference, I have posted an mmf recipe on here that many people seem to like. Maybek you could try it the next time: "Rhonda's Ultimate MMF".

Hope this helps!

Thanks Rhonda for responding to my post icon_biggrin.gif

I scrapped my batch of MMF and went with your recipie... so far so good and it tastes better.

Thanks again
