A LONG TIME. SEVERAL MONTHS AT THE LEAST. I BAKE ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH. I TRY TO DO 4 OF EACH SIZE PAN. WRAP AND FREEZE AND PUT A DATE LABLE AND FLAVOR LABLE ON THE CAKE. I HAVE A SMALL CHEST STYLE FREEZER FOR THE CAKES AND I ROTATE THEM WHEN I PUT FRESH ONES IN. HOPE THIS HELPS.

There are several recipe variations on CC for the White Almond Sour Cream Cake. You can make a champagne cake, a lemon cake, a banana cake, etc. etc. the list goes on and on. Do a search in the forums.
