Can sugar pearls be colored.. I need brown and they don't seem to make them in that color. so could I buy white and color them somehow...

I don't really know, only know that they are made of sugar and when becoming wet they melt. And dusting them.. I am not sure if that would work. But you could also make fondant brown balls and if you want them to have a satin look you could just dust them with pearl dust.

I make my pearls out of fondant....... for brown , I would use chocolate fondant.......
