I have been playing around with chocolate transfers, using primarily my new Whimsical Bakehouse book for instructions and inspiration. So far it's been pretty good.

What do you do when your transfer has to appear a specific way - when you flip it, it's backwards. Is there a good method (short of hiring or becoming a desktop publisher) to get the image reversed? I am going to be working on a Dora birthday cake and want to use the Dora lettering, but then it would be backwards.

HELP!

Most computers have a 'Paint' program that you can just open your image and there is a reverse button. If not, I'm sure it you post the picture you are using someone here can flip it for you and repost it.

I can see how that would work, except my images are coming out of a coloring book!

Can you trace the lettering and flip it over to trace again so that you are writing it backwards?
