I cant get lustre dust where i live & was wondering if there is any substitute for it.

Have you checked into ordering it online? I'm guessing you have but thought I would ask anyway. I read somewhere that you could use make up like eye shadow. That's what I would try if it were going on something that wouldn't get eaten.
