1.How many do you think a 11x15 would feed? I need about 40-45 servings. Sould I make it a couble layer?

2. I am makeign a small wedding cake stacked. 6in. 10 in. Do I need to wrap the 6 in circle before I stack it? I never have before but some of you have me rethinking this. If so could I wrap it in saran wrap? Also I am going to use a wilton plate for the cake. Sould I use 12 or 14 in. late for the base?

Weather or not a 11x15 will feed forty it would be real close, it really depends on how large the pieces are. I do figure that size to feed, 30 to 40. If you want to put a filling in i think it will go further.

I wrap all my boards. I use contact paper, As far as the size of the plate either will work, 14 inch will give you more room for a boarder.
