Ebay would be a great place to start for reasonably priced cake pans.

This is probably a better place for you to order. It's a lot closer than my suggestion. icon_redface.gif

Christa, what part of Ontario are you at? I'm near Windsor.

Im in King City which is a North Central Toronto suburb....but I was born in Sarnia so I always feel nostalgic in the Windsor/Detroit corridor...

if you are trying to make an open book, in a pinch you could tr carving it from two sheet cakes.

I have recently been buying(too many) cake pans from Ebay. icon_eek.gif While doing this I have seen quite a few book cake pans. I think this would be a very good source. Good Luck!
