If you give her a 100% refund, you will only give her the false sense of security that she can get away with this kind of compulsive behavior with little regard to the receivers.

Personally I would take the check down to the bank it's drawn on and cash it. Give a partial refund if that is your choice, but don't give in to the "I can't be overdrawn - I still have more checks" mentality.

i once bought an ice cream cake and put in the fridge until later that night (for the party) when i checked on it a couple hours later, it was a melty mess! But that was my fault for not thinking it all the way through. I didn't complain to baskin-robbins, they didnt stick it in the fridge.
That lady is looking to blame someone for her silly mistake icon_wink.gif You didn't do anything wrong

i love the Lord too....but after being in business so many years, i've seen alot of things.

just make sure your not sowing your seed in bad ground, then it will just be wasted.

i've sure done it enough myself....

when people get a cake from me. i explain EVERYTHING, just like i'm talking to a slow witted person....then they'll know what to do.

you know Jesus did say , "the people in the world are wiser than the children of the kingdom"...he was talking about business, i really don't think God likes us getting walked all over either...in isiaha the devil says "lay down that i may walk on you" UH...NO THANKS!

anyway that being said i know you gotta go by your heart, but be careful...there are ALOT of scammers out there!
