I was wondering if it is possible to put whipped icing under mmf? What about whipped cream cheese icing? Is there anything that I can add to it make it more durable under mmf?

TIA!
Mel

I used whipped cream cheese icing under MMF and I warn you now... please don't try it!!!!!

It became a slippery mess and ended up with tons of air bubbles. The fondant also pretty much melted into the icing and did not hold up at all. The only positive was that it tasted really good when it was all soft and melty. Bad thing was it wasn't very pretty!

thank you for replying. Darn that sucks I really wanted to use something the whipped cream cheese icing since everyone raved about it but wanted to use MMF to do more decorations. Oh well.
