Does anyone know if you can freeze Peanut Butter Mousse? I went overboard in making this and have a lot I need to keep for about two weeks. If not freezing, will it keep in the refrigerator that long?

You should be able to freeze a mousse, but I think it has to be frozen in the shape you need it to be in. E.g. if you need it to fill a cake, I would go ahead and bake the cake, fill, then freeze the whole thing.

Yes I have frozen a mousse (raspberry actually) and it went fine, just let it thaw slowly in the fridge overnight if you want to use it the next day. And yes freezing it already in a cake, also goes fine!

Good luck!
