Powered Icing Sugar?

What is the difference between Powered Icing Sugar and just regular powered sugar?

I really don't think there is any..... they could be referring to how may times it is sifted before packaging..... such as 10X on the package..... I just sift it at home if I am in doubt.....

I am pretty sure it is the same thing- some people call it icing sugar, others call it confectioners sugar, powdered sugar, 10x......you get the point!
