prevent getting air bubbles when i roll out my mmf????? please help...i have some wedding cakes to do and they need to be perfectly smooth!!!!!

I think that the more that you knead it and work it before you have let it rest and then roll, the more air you have already worked out, and there should not be too many bubbles.

If I get air bubbles when kneading fondant, I just poke them with a pin and let the air out.

i would say ditto to miriel.. poke with a pin? is it in the fondant or between the fondant and cake?

i'm getting air bubbles when i am rolling out the fondant before i put it n the cake...i have been popping them with a pin...but it is really starting to #$$ me off!!!!!

I sometimes get bubbles in my fondant before placing on the cake, I just knead it some more. After that, I pin pop.

Ok, I read somewhere recently that air bubbles can be caused by the way you knead your fondant, don't fold it over on itself when kneading.
