I can't find a decent avatar to fit the site they are all too big how do you resize them on the computer the smallest my computer gets still too big

Does it give you the option to compress the image when saving?
Otherwise, you can resize any gif image at http://www.gifworks.com/cgi-bin/gifworks.pl?com=transfer_open
You can convert to gif if you need to. The link above can get almost any image down to below 6K by using smart crop, crop, despeckle and/or reduce color. If you need help still, feel free to PM me and I'll see if I can resize it for you.
