I just saw your Cheshire Cat cake in the recent issue of Wedding Cakes!! I thought it was so awesome! I was all excited and told my husband that you are on the cake decorating forum I go to and I have the same cake under my favorites!!

This is probably old but...

CONGRATULATIONS!!! THAT'S SO AWESOME!!!!

Thanks guys! I was really lucky to get 4 of my cakes in that issue, but the Cheshire Cat one is my favourite too.

Helen,

These are my cookies, I didnt get the frosting thinned down enough.....but since they are just little "favors" for the silly puppy shower we are throwing my sister....I didnt worry about it this time. I have leftover frosting so I plan on baking more cookies and trying again!

Antonia - how are you getting published in this English magazine? They're advertising at the moment for new contributors and I'm going to apply - but it says you have to be able to attend their centre (in the UK) for photo shoots. Do you send photos in? I've decided to apply but it was a tricky decision as travelling to where they're based is a long way for me.

In the latest issue (#20) is a note, that they don´t accept via email!!! Digital images have to be send via CD. They also accept transparencies or "good quality photographs".

The deadline for the next issue is tomorrow, but for issue #22 is the 3rd November 2006!
