I am looking for a part-time EXPEREINCED cake decorator, I'm located in Central Pa. Any suggestions on where to look for possible applicants? Is posting on PennLive or in the newpaper worth it?

my local high school has a culinary program and a local college has a culinary program on the campus very close to me. We are planning tap into these sources for part time help .... we will get people who have a bit of experience, knowledge, and most important.....the drive, ambition and passion for doing this!

If you something like that in your area.....?

I'll give it a shot! We hired our first part-timers through a Culinary school internship program. Thinking back, I had to train soooooo much I really don't have the time now to "babysit". I need someone that can decorate from start to finish, they MUST be able to completely very smoothly ice a cake and decorate with little supervision.
