lemme see.... my cake store has:

strawberry
peach
rum
lemon
banana
orange

as well as the ones you've mentioned. I don't use the almond though... don't like the taste, don't like the smell. But check your supermarket baking aisle as well.

Hows the starwberry? Is it clear? Have you ever added it to buttercream?

I will have to find a new supermarket! These sound good!

I go to a special cake decorating store here and they must have at least 25 different flavors!!!! the strawberry is pink and will tint your icing that color. I haven't tried too many but I know that the kids favorites so far have been bubblegum and cotton candy!

Check out www.lorannoils.com, they make many flavors/extracts and some or most of them will be available at your cake stores. Sugarcraft.com carries some of them as well. The cake store I use here in Richardson carries them, but I haven't gotten over there to buy and try them yet...I particularly want to try the cheesecake and the cinnamon. Janice

There are so many out there! I also use Watkins flavorings and have tried their lemon, rum, vanilla and coconut. I've found strawberry, lemon and orange at the store and yhe cake store I go to has many more.

I've come across some great deals on Ebay as well. Here are some example:
