Hi there! I have read so much on this forum about MMF (Marshmallow Fondant). I found a recipe here for Easy MMF and it asks for Marshmallow fluff. I'm assuming this is not the same as Marshmallow Creme that I see in the stores. Where can you get MM fluff?

That marshmallow fluff is the same as you see in grocery stores, usually in the baking isle. There are large and small size jars (large may be 18 oz.) not sure, but I saw them on Monday while looking for lemon juice! HTH.

Marshmallow fluff and Marshmallow creme are the same thing.. They come in small and large size jars, the small is a 7oz. but I'm not sure what the large is, 18oz. sounds about right though.

I just made my first batch of MMF the other day but I used the recipe that suggests melting marshmallows in the microwave, it turned out really well and I couldn't believe how easy it was. Just make sure to coat all of your equipment and hands with crisco.

"Fluff" is the brand name made by Kraft. I have only seen the large containers , in Canada, so far at a small grocery store in Hartland New Brunswick.

I've used both and I found melting the marshmellows in the micro was a lot easier. Great recipe in the "how to" section on MMF
