I am having trouble with cake servings. I have read the Wilton chart and I don't feel like they allow a large enough serving. I am curently going by earlens chart, but I fust wondered what others were using. I like a 2x2 serving, but can't find a chart allowing that. Just wondering, thanks for the help! icon_biggrin.gif Katie

What you could do also is take out your pans and a ruler & mark the sections as big as you want the piece of cake so you can get an accurate idea of how many servings there are. I did this and it helped alot thumbs_up.gif

I have done that on my square pans, but I can't figure it out for my rounds and hexagons! On my charcter cakes I just tell everyone that they all take the same about of batter, but some are thin and others thick. So, I tell them they are 20, but they should be able to get up to 25 out of them. Is this close to being accurate?
