I found this on eBay. It's a cooling rack, not too big but it's able to get all the cakes off the cabinet. If a person had enough room they could just purchase the large stainless steel shelves, but I only had a small space. It was about $50.00, kinda pricey but I needed something.
Opps, I forgot to rotate it. Sorry

Cool! Vertical space is always the best space! Are the shelves adjustable, they kinda look like it. I started out with one regular rolling bakery rack that I got from my uncle's donut shop. I recently got another one used from a lady and wish I had sucked it up and spent that money a long time ago! You'll love it and probably outgrow it before long! Enjoy!

Neat! I've never seen one of those before. Hopefully, I'll be needing one (or more, lol) in the future.

The shelves are adjustable and are a white plastic coated. The frame is all one piece and the shelves have hooks, kinda like putting oven racks in. I can't wait to bake and use it. icon_smile.gif
