Spectrum Coloring

I was in a cake supply store in my area, and they have this gel food coloring with the brand name of Spectrum. Has anyone ever heard of or used this. It is in the same kind of bottles as Americolor. I bought a few of them but have not used them yet.

I believe I read a thread about a year ago about this. The Americolor rep even joined in and even though he couldn't come out and say that Americolor makes the Spectrum color reading between the lines that was what I was understanding. I'll see if I can go back and find that thread and post a link.
