I have a question on what you guys think is the best fondant (usage and taste) Right now I'm using an albert uster brand 'Confiseur dOr White Chocolate Massa Grischuna (rolled fondant)' because that's what the pastry chef before me used, but I've also worked with Satin Ice, and liked the way it was easy to cover cakes. What do you like? And has anyone else used this Albert Uster brand, that can give me any tips? TIA!

I love SatinIce, and have never used AU brand. I have dealt with the people at AU for other products I have purchased from them, and I have found them to be very patient and thorough when I ask questions.
