I am making a castle cake this week, and I was thinking about making a version of Mississippi Mud cake. I would make the chocolate cake from cake doctor, I am making in a 3 in deep square pan. So intead of pooring marshmellow cream on top I want to: torte cake in half, place bc dam and place layer of hot fudge sauce and then just place marshmellow whip from the jar on top of fudge sauce, sprinkle with chopped pecans and then place cake layer again. Then this will be covered with white chocolate buttercream icing.
Will this work? Will it taste ok.
do I need to whip the marshmellow cream more, or can I take straight from jar.

I am doing this a friend at work , so I don't mind experimenting some, but I want her to like it. I am only charging 20.00 for my supplies.

It sounds delicious. As far as if it would work, I don't know because I've never used the frosting/filling you're talking about.
