I have a couple boxes of yellow cake mix, and bought some coconut cream pudding mixes to add. I also have some coconut extract. Has anyone made a coconut flavored cake this way? I was just wondering if it was going to taste good. They don't want white cake, which I thought would be easier to flavor than the yellow..but I guess now I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this?

Thanks for any input!

yes, i replaced the amound of liquid with coconut milk o cocolopez (brand) and added coconut shavings... made the bc with more coconut essence and covered in coconut flakes or shavings, it was very good and tropical, yummy! (you can add some rum to the batter and or the bc)
