Mom can't wait for me to take a picture before she cuts cake....
My mom is 73 years old and diabetic.... I make and decorate her a sugar free cake every week or two. But everytime I tell her please wait and let me take picture but before I can get the camera ready to take the picture she is cutting into it.... she is worse then a little kid... 
Does anyone else have this problem??
yes it is very funny watching her get so excited everytime.....
I am always experimenting with sugar free stuff for mom and other family members.... since I learned how to make FBCT I thought would try it with the sugar free icing I ude for her cakes and it worked wonderfully... next time will have to make two and carry one with me until get camera ready....
This cracks me up! I too think it's a great compliment. At my house, I don't care if anyone eats it--not that I have to worry. The pic is the most important thing!
Maybe tell her it's a cake for someone else--a customer or something, then tell her to dig in after the pic. Or does she only come around when there's cake for her? I'm sure that it's really a treat for diabetics to have something tasty made with love
