I have read the instructions a gazillion times and can't figure out how long to bake?

I'm making a cake that's supposed to look like a peach out of the Wilton Sports Ball pan. I'm also baking a small "peach" out of the small Wonder Mold pan.

Does ANYONE have experience with baking times for these? Help! I'm desperate. Thanks in advance.

Also, any bright ideas on how to add "fuzz" to the peach? I was thinking about colored coconut, but I know a lot of people don't care for coconut.

I used the sports ball pan last year for my daughters first birthday for a caterpillar cake. I baked both halves at the same time at 325 for 30-40 minutes.

I think the colored coconut is a great idea. Possibly a small star tip but that would be a lot more work.

Oh, thanks! You are the best. I would have put it in for 25 and would be checking it every 5 minutes!

For the peach fuzz-maybe something like sanding sugar that has been put in a food processor to make it even finer.
