Okay, I have a 10' 8' 6' sq stacked, each tier has supports in them. The ten has three and the eight has two. After I stacked the cake I added 3 wooden dowels through the cake. The lady is on her way to get it and drive about 25minutes with it. She is then supposed to put it in the fridge until reception time.

Will it surive the drive?? Thanks!!

I don't know how well it looked when she got it there, but she called and said it made it. She got there and put it into the fridge until the reception. I'm going to call and check in with her today.

I would say never put less than three dowels in, with two it could easily wobble side to side. Would you ever sit on a two legged stool? icon_smile.gif

Hopefully she would send you a picture of the cake to put your mind at ease, then also we can see how well it turned out.

I took pictures before she came and got it. It's the 50th in my photos.

I don't have any good luck when I try to ask for a picture from a customer. I asked my sister, who does photograpy to get pictures for my nephews 1st birthday cakes. The picture was a side shot with only part of the cakes in it. After all my hard work, I have no picture to show for it.
