so this is how new to baking i am. well i've made your regular chocolate chip cookies (recipe was on the back of the bag - easy to follow!) and i make a really great banana bread also.
here's my question - confectioners sugar, is it icing sugar or is it regular sugar that you put in your tea and coffee? 
i was at costco yesterday thinking (and hoping that it's icing sugar b/c i picked up 3 bags of it 
)
