I have been sifting through a bunch of laws that don't pertain... does anyone know where I need to go to find exactly what requirements a CA bakery needs to follow in order to start up?
I am sure the State has it's set of regulations, but on top of that your county has their set as well. I would call either the county health department or license bureau and ask them where you should begin.
