How are you supposed to store fondant? Can I just put it in a Ziploc bag?

I wrap mine in plastic wrap, put in ziploc bags and in airtight container.

rub some crisco all around it then wrap it up in clear wrap , then stuff it into a ziploc bag and u shall be a OK

I just wrap in cling wrap and then place in a zip lock up on a shelf. No need for refirdgeration.
