I have a cake to make and the customer requested fondant curliques. I want something really cool to give her and was trying to look through the gallery for ideas. I am not finding anything icon_cry.gif . Please help me locate some pix. Thanks!!!! Susan

On the cake I did with the teddy bears with party hats - I stood the curls up on the sides of one of the layers. It gave it a great 3d look. To get them all the same - I wrapped the fondant around drinking straws (fat ones like McDonalds). Give them lots of time to harden if you stick them out of a bow!

Here is one I did with mickey mouse. It is a lot easier to use gumpaste or 50/50.
