Can I leave a cake decorated in butter cream icing sit out in an AC room ? And then a 2 hour car ride ? Could I decorate on Thursay for a Sat. delivery ?
I guess it would depend whether or not you have milk products in your icing or a filling needed refridgeration. If you used water in your icing it will be fine sitting but I would cover it with something or box it.
