Is There Such Thing As Chocoalte Marshmellow Fondant?

Why don't you just add some cocoa powder in the place of some of the powdered sugar? Might even cut down on the sweetness of the fondant.

I would use this recipe but add melted chocolate in a little bit of cream. if too thin add more powder sugar. I am not sure but that is what I would do.
I haven't tried using cocoa (but there's another thread right now where they did and it worked well), but I've used the melted unsweetened chocolate and the results are great! It tastes so yummy. And if you need to make black, it's so much easier to add the melted chocolate in the melted marshmallow stage, stir that in and you'll have a brown or dark brown color, then you only have to add enough black color to acheive black from brown - instead from all white! It's sooooo much easier than trying to knead all that black in. I have some pictures where I used a lot of black MMF in my photos, if you want to see how it looks.

add 1 oz melted unsweetened chocolate to the melted marshmallow and 3/4 cup dutch chocolate (the good powdered stuff) to the powdered sugar (I sift the sugar and chocolate together).
