I love the elegant touch of the mirror top silver plateaus but, where can I find them? Are they heavy? I found a website that sells them for around $60 (12") ......but, I have nothing to compare them to! Hmmmm...anyone?

Look around..... check E-Bay....... you should be able to get one for around 12.00 + shipping....... I got one at Odd Lots for 9.99.... these are silver plated, of course.... I've been using mine for a couple of years now, and have not had a problem...
