I was just wondering if anyone had one of these and if it helped?

Gingerela has them all and she loves them. She raves about them! Contact her via pm incase she doesn't see this thread and she'll give you all the info you need one them ![]()
I get e-mail updates from Global, so when the edgers were mentioned, I HAD TO HAVE THEM! That was back in January, and I've used them...uhhh...once, maybe twice? They work ok, just not as much of a necessity as I thought they were! They are also pretty expensive; for me, I just don't work with fondant enough to justify it (hindsight is always 20/20!) I had been hoping that I could use them with bc (use the edger over viva) but it didn't work like I thought it would. Oh well!
They look interesting, but I've never used them.
I have a set of them and use them on all my fondant cakes. The ones I like using are the super smoother as it is much bigger than Wilton's, the narrow curve top edger and the smedger. If I were to get some now, I'll only get these 3 as these are the only ones I use most.
I just got one last week, just the side edger, haven't used it yet.. I have a sheet in the oven right now for a wedding tonight will use it today and let you know ![]()
I have the narrow curb one is nice but I can live with out it
I use a business card or a small cut of acetate strip for that purpose... I can't imagine paying that much for something that I can do with a something cheaper.
I've never used those though, so I can't say my results are the same... but when I need rounded edges, I whip out a card (I use them for buttercream too).
