This is my first post so forgive me if I do something taboo. I just want to say the members on CC are "AWESOME" Yes, I know I yelled that. I visit a few other forums (on different sites) ranging in topics but, this board takes the cake. No, pun intended. After lurking and admiring for several months I have to say the members here are helpful and encouraging. I have learned so much just reading through your expert hands on advice. I feel inspired to try the decorated cookies I have always admired and have been afraid to try.
I just want to say Thank You. 
I agree, I came across this site by accident and haven't been able to leave (not that I want to). Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, they are all amazing people. I might just jump aboard and say a big THANK YOU as well to everyone here not only for the helpful hints and tips but also for the lovely comments left on cake pics.

I just finished looking thru ALL the pictures in the cookie gallery, as well as the 3D cakes, and am amazed at what people have done! They really inspired me, and I've gone cookie mad. It's all I want to do...drat that full-time job! So, Mort, I agree with everything you said.
