I have been reading so many posts about how good this cake is I am going to bake it for father's day...what kind of icing do you suggest?

Again I just love CC and all it as to offer...you guys are great!

It's in the recipe section of this site...just search for White Almond Sour Cream and you should be able to find it. thumbs_up.gif

I'll email the expanded recipes right now.

Think you'll enjoy all the variations:
change extracts, use liquor or liqueur, white chocolate, cocoa, berry or lemon juices or any flavor cake mix, in addition to using raspberries or strawberries in the batter. thumbs_up.gif

I made this with the dark chocolate DH mix and it is to die for!!! It's so moist yet sturdy. I highly recommend this!

i put strawberry cream filling, with a little strawberry jam first then i covered the cake with chocolate fondant and it was just devine... is an awesome cake recipe..
