Are Kitchen Aids considered commercial equipment?? I don't need a huge mixer at this point, so will a Kitchen Aid pass inspection? I'm in Florida for any florida bakers!!!

Any input will be greatly appreciated!!

Kitchen Aid is made by Hobart (last I knew) and Hobart is commercial, but the Kitchen Aid is made for home use. Many Commercial kitchens have one as it handles some of the smaller batches.

Hobart sold KA at least ten years ago.

Some of the KA mixers are NSF certified, but not all.
