I did my FBCT and it came out good, but it had the freezer burn taste. The piece of plexi glass i used is 11x16, so it's hard to fing something that it will fit in. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do the FBCT and not get freezer burn taste? Thanks so much!!!!

When I do mine, I put my parchment paper over a plastic cutting board. (I have the large grooved one from Pampered Chef which is a great size). Also, I only freeze mine for about 1 to 2 hours. I did one that I let freeze overnight - and it was too long - I had the freezer burn taste as well. Hope that helps...

I just did one for this past Saturday. I did it Wednesday night and took it out and put it on the cake Friday evening. I did it on my glass cutting board then after frozen I took my board out and put the transfer on a cookie sheet and put back in the freezer and it didn't have freezer burn taste. I used an all crisco BC.
