I made my 1st cookie cake today for my sons b-day. today was his real b-day, so i decided to do a cookie cake since on sat. for his party, i did a dora cake...
It WAS delicious!! the only thing is.. when i took it out of the pan.. the end broke off. be very careful when taking it out. they are SUPER soft!!!

yes they are. I have made a round cake board just for my cookies, it fits right into the pan I use. I cover it with foil so that I can reuse it. It works out great! I love these cookie cakes!
