Was asked to do cake for spouse day this thursday....8/3/06
Spouses are always asked to come to different meetings or events that they would never go to without being forced to... sometimes is husband- sometimes even wives.... looking for humorous or cute ideas. Needs to feed 50-60 people...
Can anyone help??
sorry, long morning/day at work, i'm exhausted physically, but the brain is sorta working lol
i just had a vision of spouses tagging along to various events- so what came to mind was either a kid pulling a radio flyer wagon,
or a mom pulling a little tikes wagon,
or a bike with a wagon on the back for kids-
or a 5 wheeler (trailer) making sure to show the hitch that goes onto the back of the truck
or a tandem bike or something along those lines,
or even a dog with a leash on say with the leash made out of fondant or MMF and trailing next to the cake? well that might give mixed messages lol
might add onto that later if something else comes to mind. HTH 
Well, it depends on what kind of company it is. How about (get the fondant ready!) a desk with a man working away at paperwork or what have you and his significant other sitting on the desk talking on the phone and doing her nails? Or, the same guy doing his work with his wife lookingh over his shoulder?

I always like those stickers on base that says:
"Army Wife, toughest job in the Army"
But if you are not military...I guess that doesn't work.
