Charlotte, Nc....anyone?

Hi, I am looking to find some cake decorating classes in my area but can only find Wilton at Michaels. And the Michaels nearest to me is in limbo and looking for another instructor. (years ago I took Wilton 1 and 2)

I have done a search and can't find anything.

I would like to learn some of the advanced methods of fondant etc..

Once upon a time Sinfully Sweet in Pineville offered cake decorating classes. I took a wedding cake class from them. The guy who taught the class was great! You may want to give them a call.

I am not sure about Charlotte, but I am Hickory and the Michael's here has classes. But that is about an hour from you...sorry!
I hope you can find something MUCH closer!!!

Hobby Lobby should have classes. I know the one in Concord, NC offers classes. Maybe AC Moore in Concord Mills May may offer classes but Im not sure.
