I need some suggestions for a wedding cake! The cake is going to be red velvet, with whip cream filling, layer of strawberries. I am not sure what would go with that combo for buttercream! Thanks Megan

i would just do your BC in a nice light vanilla. it'll taste good!

However, I'm real partial to creme bouquet, but cream cheese flavoring might be another option:
