Has anyone baked in the 6" contour pan? I used it once and remember it took a looong time to bake. Turned out ok in the long run but, of course, I didn't write it down icon_cry.gificon_redface.gif - just five minutes longer, three minutes longer, etc. Any idea what the recommended capacity is and the baking time? TIA.
