I have an order for a little mermaid cake next weekend, was wondering how you do waves.....What tip and do you pack the bag with blue and white or use two different bags?

i would do two colors in a bag. just to stripe it or.... (here's a little trick i learned and the results are cool lookin) If you have piped blue, then empty the rest of the blue out of the bag (leave some residue in there) and fill it with white. The leftover blue in the bag comes out with the white and it looks really awesome. Just use a size 22 star tip is what i have done in the past.
